Required by the Federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and State Privacy Law
State Law will apply if it provides more protection to you than the Federal Law. Your privacy is paramount. Brokers Alliance respects the privacy of all customers and prospective customers. Brokers Alliance does not share information from people or companies that inquire about our services to any other entity. Brokers Alliance will never give, sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer your name (or information about you) to any person or entity.
When you provide us with personal information such as your name, address, e-mail and/or phone numbers, we will consider that action as being your express invitation that we, including any subscribing or affiliated customer or referral service, contact you via e-mail, telephone and fax, using the information you have supplied, even if you are registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. When you provide us with personal information, you are also granting us your express permission to contact you using standard and public email transmission facilities, which are not secure or private. However, if your company decides to not work with Brokers Alliance, your company will not be placed on any email mailing list.
We are committed to keeping the Non-Public Personal Information (”Non-Public Personal Information”) we collect confidential and secure. We want to let you know how we protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy applies to prospective, current and former customers.
How We Protect Your Privacy
- We restrict access to Non-Public Personal Information to our employees who need it for their jobs.
- We do not disclose your Non-Public Personal Information to others for their own marketing purposes.
- We do not reveal your character, personal habits or reputation to anyone for marketing purposes. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Non-Public Personal Information.
What Information Do We Collect?
- We collect some Non-Public Personal Information to determine if you are eligible for our products.
Brokers Alliance respects the privacy of all customers and prospective customers and does not share information from customers to any other entity. If the prospective customer decides not to do business, all information is respectfully deleted permanently. This blog does not use cookies or any other information-collecting tactics.
